KATY PERRY MAY 9TH CONCERTAT THE SANTA BARBARA BOWL: RESCHEDULED TO AUGUST 30TH LOS ANGELES, CA (May 7, 2009) – Unfortunately, due to the current Jesusita Fire that continues to burn in Santa Barbara, the Katy Perry concert on Saturday, May 9th at the Santa Barbara Bowl has been rescheduled for Sunday, August 30th..All tickets for the May 9th concert will be honored for this new performance date.
The decision to reschedule came after evaluating the current conditions and not wanting to impact fire resources, as well as the air quality warning that is currently in place. The City of Santa Barbara asked for the focus to be on containment of the fire and the safety of the citizens of Santa Barbara.
Katy Perry stated ”What’s most important right now is fighting the fires that threaten my hometown and saving Santa Barbara. Naturally, I am very upset but I understand the circumstances and am counting down the days when we can all be back at the Bowl to celebrate Santa Barbara and experience The Hello Katy Tour Grand Finale! My prayers are with you Santa Barbara.”

since swine flu is super trendy I wanted to make sure I was in style with my swine flu ring! I got this one in Miami at Big Drop the other day… a flying piggy. Perfect. Kitty Purry was telling me the other night that she remembers when bird flu was in and now pig flu is cool and she wonders when kitty flu is gonna hit, as she would like to be more popular than she currently already is… fame whore. Also one of my best friends Shannon found the official swine flu song… you might feel sick after hearing it. Get better everyone!
